Liz is a licensed psychologist and credentialed alcohol and substance abuse counselor. She attended Russell Sage College, obtaining a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and a Master of Arts in Community Psychology. She continued her education at Alliant International University, graduating with a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology.
Her love of fiction began with reading A Wrinkle in Time as a fourth grader, then of course Nancy Drew. While continuing to read, enjoy and escape into fiction, her writing was limited to research reports, psychological evaluations and professional articles. The switch to fiction began with an idea that had to be told. With the flood gates opened, she has continued writing and is now working on her fourth novel with more ideas, places, and times to visit.
Liz is a member of the International Women’s Writing Guild, South Florida Writers Association and Romance Writers of America.
Liz currently lives in Florida and has a private psychology practice. When not writing, she is playing with her dogs, riding horses, or hanging at Starbucks. She also loves to travel. Research for the next book is the greatest excuse.
